MANTA Demonstration Database

Visit the MANTA demonstraion database (MDD).

The data in MDD is a subset of the NIBIOHN corhort. Details of the original study will be described elsewhere and the whole data will be released with a new publication.

The the MANTA demonstraion database (MDD) is a demonstration of main (but not all) functions of MANTA; it does not provide user data upload and account management functions.

The data was collected from 20 healthy adult volunteers (21 – 41 years old, male) from Minami-uonuma city, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. The 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing for the fecal samples was performed in the National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition (NIBIOHN). Different parameters were collected from the volunteers including physical and exercising measurements, blood profiles, and lifestyle questionnaires.

The data in MDD is also available in text format which could be used for importing into MANTA basic.
